Cooking with Jack – Bloody Mary Burgers

Here is the recipe:

1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon celery salt
4 oz. of horseradish
2 teaspoons of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Make bloody mary ketchup by mixing the ketchup, celery salt, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Add mixture into meat. Add some bread crumbs to bind the meat together.
Make patties and grill.

Saute celery slices in balsamic vinegar until vinegar is thick and syrupy. Top burgers with this mixture.
