- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups Blended Oatmeal
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Package Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 Chocolate Bar
Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together.
Add the eggs, and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients together, except for the chocolate.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Add in the chocolate chips, and chocolate bar (broken into chunks).
Evenly distribute on a cookie sheet leaving space between the cookies.
Cook each batch for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Store cookies in an air tight container. If you have extra batter left over, you can freeze it and bake more cookies another time.
