Invented in Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant and Bar in San Francisco, the Tommy’s is a twist on the classic margarita recipe.
- 2 oz. Tequila Tromba Blanco
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into an iced rocks glass and serve.
