A quick and easy recipe for making a fresh/frozen fruit smoothie. I am a big fan of smoothies. This is a variation on an old classic staple I enjoy making, the fruit smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Nectarines
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender.

Step 2

Blend thoroughly for 30 seconds.

Step 3

Pour into glass and serve.
