Steamed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper

Method

Step 1

Peel and break the ends off of the asparagus.

Step 2

Steam for 3 minutes. Set aside, pour out the water, turn off the burner and place the pot back on the burner.

Step 3

Add the oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to the pot and allow them to marry.

Step 4

When the garlic looks a bit toasty, add the asparagus to the pot, toss. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
