These shrimp are wonderful as a garnish for Spring Green Pea Soup.
- 12 Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, squeezed
- 1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, freshly chopped
Combine oil, garlic, pepper, smoked paprika, salt and shrimp in a glass bowl and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat grill pan, add oil to pan, and grill shrimp for 1.5 minutes per side.
Garnish with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
