Spaghetti with Tuna, Capers and Fresh Tomatoes

An easy recipe that is perfect for a quick summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Tuna, in oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers
  • 1/2 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 Clove Garlic, sliced
  • 2 Small Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Package Spaghetti
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil and add onion cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and capers cook for 5 minutes. Add tuna and heat through. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente strain and add to sauce.

Step 4

Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
