Soy Maple Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Salmon Filet, skin on
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Method

Step 1

Cut Salmon into 1" strips. I use scissors for this job.

Step 2

Use a glass container. Add the soy sauce, the maple syrup and the rosemary sprigs, mix well. Add the salmon strips, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Heat pan, add oil. Lay fish in the pan and cook on each side until beautifully brown and serve.
