A really simple and quick recipe for a classic breakfast staple.
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Dash Sea Salt
- 1 Dash Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 Cup Cream
Break the 3 eggs into a bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper, and whisk the eggs.
Add about a tbsp of butter to a hot pan. Once the bottom of the pan is well covered with the butter add the eggs.
Lightly stir the eggs with a rubber spatula, keeping the eggs from sticking to the sides.
Just before the eggs are ready, add about a 1/4 cup of cream. Continue stirring until the cream has evaporated (don't let the eggs brown).
