Runny Egg on Toast2012-11-26

- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon butter
- 1 Slice Bread
- Ketchup (Optional)
Heat frying pan. Add half of the butter to pan.
Put toast in toaster and begin toasting.
Crack the egg and add to frying pan (be sure to not break the yolk!). Season the egg to your liking with salt and pepper. When the egg starts to bubble on the edges flip it carefully.
Grab your toast and add the remaining butter to it. Slide the egg onto the toast. Enjoy!
For a splash of pizzaz you can add Ketchup.
