I love roasted vegetables any time of the year, these you can heat up later for snacks

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Asparagus
  • Carrots
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cut vegetables such as asparagus,brussel sprouts, carrots, yams, sweet potatoes into bite size pieces. Sprinkle vegetables with oil and lemon. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cook for 45 minutes
