A twist on traditional french fries or oven roasted potatoes.
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 25 Fingerling Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Preheat oven to 375F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice fingerling potato in half. Toss with a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
Heat skillet on high heat with remaining olive oil to sear, and caramelize potatoes in the pan.
Add butter and bake for 30 minutes until a gorgeous golden brown and fork tender.
