- 1.5 oz. Tequila Tromba Blanco
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake.
Serve it up in a martini glass with a wedge of pineapple.
