Peach and Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Peaches
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • Pinch Salt
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

Step 1

Peel and slice peaches and wash blueberries.

Step 2

Place fruit in a bowl and add cinnamon, lemon juice, Grand Marnier, 1/4 cup of flour and white sugar and toss.

Step 3

In a separate bowl combine flour, sugars, oats and salt. Cut butter into dry mixture. Mix these ingredients until they come together.

Step 4

Place fruit in deep casserole and place flour oat mixture on top to cover fruit. Bake in 350 F oven for approximately 30 minutes or until sides are bubbling.

Step 5

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream.
