Passion fruit sorbet takes sparkling wine or Champagne to the next level! I first tasted this delicious super-summery Champagne cocktail in Australia. I had to beg the bartender for the recipe – it’s ridiculously easy! Last time I made them I used gelato from Hollywood Gelato – extra yummy!
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine or Champagne
- 1 Litre Passionfruit Sorbet or Gelato
- 4 Strawberries, cut in half
Put half of the sorbet or gelato into your blender with half the bottle of wine.
Blend until smooth. It's really important to only do half your bottle/sorbet at a time... The bubbles get explosive when you do it all at once... I'm speaking from experience here!
Fill your first four glasses, blend the other half, fill those glasses.
Garnish with your strawberries... Or any other fruit you like!
