A straight forward brownie recipe. The results leave you with melt in your mouth deliciousness. Add a glass of cold milk and you’re golden.

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Handful Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave (approximately 1.45-2 minutes), or use a double boiler

Step 3

In a mixer, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Throw in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix till it looks delicious (you can eat it with a spoon at this point).

Step 4

Toss in chocolate chips and mix only briefly. You want to mix the chips up but not chop them into little pieces.

Step 5

Pour mixture into a greased brownie pan and put into oven. Leave in oven for roughly 20-25 minutes. You'll know they're ready if you stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out dry.

Step 6

Leave to cool on a wire rack. Cut into pieces and consume!
