- 6 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
- Cold Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Cup 35% Whipping Cream
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, so they cook quickly.
Place them in a pot and cover with cold water, 2 inches above them, bring them to a boil and then add the salt.
When soft and ready, drain the potatoes.
Put the potatoes through a potato ricer. Add the butter, cream, salt and pepper and mix well.
