There is nothing like homemade horseradish. It is great to clear out the sinuses and generally good for all that ails us.

  • 2 Fresh Horseradish
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper, fresh ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup White Vinegar

Step 1

Wash and peel the horseradish. Cut into 1" Chunks.

Step 2

Place the Horseradish chunks into the food processor and process until quite fine, add the salt, white pepper, sugar, and white vinegar, and process again for 6 or 7 pulses, until all of the ingredients are incorporated.

Step 3

Place into clean small mason jars, and seal immediately.

Step 4

The horseradish will keep for about a month, but will gradually become less strong. Enjoy!
