- 1 Pound Green Beans, ends cut off
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, freshly ground
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Put salt into the boiling water.
Remove the ends of the green beans.
Add the green beans and cook for 4 minutes.
Drain and add the butter and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
