A delicious side with classic Greek flavor.
- 4 Roasting Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting half and half again.
Toss with olive oil, flour, oregano, salt and pepper to taste (raw flour and potatoes will not kill you!).
Place potatoes on non-stick pan (or use non-stick paper on cookie sheet) and roast for 15-20 minutes, until brown on bottom.
Turn to other side and return to oven until tender and golden brown. Serve.
