Classic recipe, perfect for summer get togethers.
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Stalk Celery, finely diced
- 1/2 Green Onion, finely diced
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Cover and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and leave covered for 16 minutes.
After 16 minutes, douse the eggs in cold water. Peel the eggs, and slice them in half.
Remove the yokes carefully and place them in a bowl, set aside the egg whites for later.
Mash the yokes with a fork. Aadd the celery, green onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Using a teaspoon place a scoop of the yolks back into the whites, making sure there is enough filling for each. Garnish with chives, parsley, dill, paprika, caviar, or a slice of black olive, and enjoy!
