Cooked Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole English Muffin
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Slice Cheese
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 2 Leaves Lettuce
  • Pinch Salt
  • Dash Pepper

Method

Step 1

Halve English Muffin. Toast both halves of the english muffin until golden brown. Butter or Margarine afterwards if desired.

Step 2

In a non-stick pan, fry the egg 'over easy' - and just a bit longer in order to firm the yolk and reduce mess when eating. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Add tomato slice and lettuce leaf on half of the english muffin.

Step 4

Next add the cheese slice and the cooked egg in between. Follow with additional tomato slice and lettuce leaf. Place second half of english muffin....and enjoy!
