This is an old standard that I do for the kids for lunch or a snack or for lunch with soup.
- 2 Slices White Bread
- 1 Slice Processed Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Butter
Heat a non stick frying pan to Medium low, add a 1/4 tablespoon a butter to the pan.
Butter 2 pieces of white bread, place one piece of bread butter side down in the pan. Place cheese on bread in pan and put the other piece of bread buttered side up. Cook until brown and then flip to brown the other side.
I like to serve it for my kids with Ketchup.
