Boiled Korean Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Korean Rice
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt

Method

Step 1

Wash the rice well under running water and set aside.

Step 2

Measure the water and place into a medium pot, heat to boiling.

Step 3

Add the salt and the butter, then the rice stir lightly, put the heat to simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Fluff gently when done and enjoy!
