Banana Power Shake

The power shakes have a pretty solid base of ingredients. The beauty is you can replace the one flavored ingredient with pretty much whatever you want and it’ll take on that taste. Banana was just an obvious one to me.


  • 3 Large Ice Cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk


Step 1

In a blender, put the ingredients in this order: Ice, Banana (broken up into pieces), Powder, and Milk. This way, when you blend, the things that need the most chopping and mixing are near the blades.

Step 2

Blend on high speed. Start and stop sometimes to make sure the ice cubes are well chopped.

Step 3

Pour into a mug and enjoy!
