Whenever I make chicken fajita’s, I like to make this easy avocado guacamole.

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Dash Tabasco
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper

Step 1

Cut your avocado in half around the pit, twist, and it should come apart. Take a pairing knife, and make vertical lines, and then horizontal lines. Take a spoon, and remove the avocado flesh into little chunks. Pry out the pit from the other side, and repeat with the rest of the avocados.

Step 2

Chop up the red onion and tomato. Add the red onion, diced tomatoes, and lime juice.

Step 3

Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of Tabasco.

Step 4

Squish it all up, and then serve with fajitas, or on it's own as a dip.
